Customers are responsible for reviewing the complete product description, available options, sizing information, care instructions, and Product & Apparel Disclaimers before completing a purchase.

Products, designs, prices, colors, sizes, and availability may be changed or discontinued at any time.

If an item becomes unavailable after an order is placed and cannot be fulfilled, Roaring Faith Wear may cancel the affected item and issue an appropriate refund to the original payment method.

Orders, Pricing, and Payment

When placing an order, you agree to provide complete and accurate billing, contact, and delivery information.

Roaring Faith Wear is not responsible for delays, unsuccessful deliveries, or additional expenses caused by incorrect or incomplete information supplied by the customer.

Unless otherwise indicated, prices on our website are displayed in U.S. dollars.

Roaring Faith Wear currently offers free standard shipping on eligible orders as displayed on our website and during checkout.

Because many products are made to order, estimated delivery times may include both production time and shipping time.

Delivery dates are estimates and cannot be guaranteed.

Products included in the same order may sometimes be produced at different fulfillment facilities and may arrive in separate packages.

Roaring Faith Wear is not responsible for carrier delays caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including severe weather, service interruptions, customs processing, transportation problems, or incorrect delivery information.

We will, however, assist customers with eligible delivery concerns when appropriate.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address.

If an order is returned because an address is incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable, additional shipping charges may be required before the package can be shipped again.

If you believe a package has been lost in transit, please contact Roaring Faith Wear within 30 days of the estimated delivery date so we can review the available tracking information and determine whether an eligible claim can be submitted.

Returns, Order Problems, and Cancellations

Because many Roaring Faith Wear products are made specifically after an order is placed, we generally do not accept returns, exchanges, or refund requests for:

Changing your mind
Buyer’s remorse

Please do not mail a product back to Roaring Faith Wear, Printful, or any other location unless Roaring Faith Wear first provides return instructions.

Unauthorized returns may not qualify for a replacement or refund.

Changes and cancellations are not guaranteed because production may begin shortly after an order is placed.

If you discover an ordering mistake, contact Roaring Faith Wear as soon as possible.

Once production has begun, an order generally cannot be changed or canceled.

Approved replacements and refunds will be handled according to our Returns & Refunds Policy.

Nothing in these terms is intended to limit consumer rights that cannot legally be waived.
