As of April 21, 2025, express shipping is no longer available for customers who previously had this option enabled. This change is due to increased carrier surcharges of up to $25–$30 per package.

Please note that the branded shoebox is the main packaging box for the shoes. It can get scratched or dented during shipping.

Darker color prints will make the white base of the shoes more noticeable.

Fine lines on the design may appear blurry or uneven.

The outsole design varies by size. Sizes 37.5 to 40 have a point-like pattern, while sizes 40.5 to 47.5 feature stripes.

A strong glue smell is expected upon the product’s arrival. Allow the shoes to air out for a couple of days and the smell will disappear.

• It's not possible to perfectly align patterns or images from front to back.

• Elements outside the safe print area are not guaranteed to appear fully on the finished product.

• In case of low fabric stock, we might use comparable fabric to fulfill the order. The substitute will be as close to the original as possible.

• The color white can’t be printed on all-over print products. Any white or transparent elements of your designs can end up being the color of the fabric if the product has other darker color layers (e.g. a duffle bag has a black fusing on the inside).
